Antispam

Sending email to people who have not specifically requested it is "spam". Autoresponder-Hosting accounts may not to be used to spam! Spamming is a serious offense that Autoresponder-Hosting does not permit.

Abusive Usage Includes:

• Sending email to people who have not specifically requested information from you.
• You may not use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.
• Batching or in any way trying to script the addition of new subscribers to the web form subscribe methods.
• Sending unsolicited email thru third parties that then references an account here either in the email or on a landing page of a website.
• Newsgroup or discussion forum postings to off topic newsgroups that prohibit those types of posts.

Service Agreement Violations:
Concerning spam, the Autoresponder-Hosting Systems, Inc. Service Agreement reads:

"Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address, URL that is maintained on an Autoresponder-Hosting Systems machine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to Autoresponder-Hosting Systems is STRICTLY prohibited. Autoresponder-Hosting Systems will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. Any service interruptions as a result of subscribers spamming will be billed to the subscriber at $50.00 per hour until service is restored. Subscriber will also be in violation of the Autoresponder-Hosting Systems Service Agreement and subject to legal action."

Autoresponder-Hosting's Zero Tolerance Policy:
If an Autoresponder-Hosting account is reported or caught violating these terms of service it will be immediately terminated. The customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any data in the terminated account.

If you have received an unsolicited e-mail from an Autoresponder-Hosting account, tell us. Forward the message you received, including the mail headers, to abuse@Autoresponder-Hosting.com. Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive information from the sender.

El Uso Abusivo Incluye:
* Enviar emails a personas que específicamente no hayan solicitado información de usted.
* No debe usar listas de emails que haya comprado, alquilado, o en modo alguno comprado a terceras partes.
* Emails masivos o usar scripts para agregar nuevos usuarios desde el formulario de la web
* Envío de emails no solicitados a través de terceras partes que entonces referencia una cuenta aquí o en el email o en una página de aterrizaje de un sitio web.
* Grupos de noticias o foros de discusión, posteando cuando en esos grupos se prohiben ese tipo de anuncios

Violaciones al Acuerdo de Servicio
Sobre el Spam, el Acuredo de Servicio de Autoresponder-Hosting Systems Inc. dice:

"Hacer Spam, o enviar emails no solicitados, usando una dirección de email o una URL que se encuentre alojada en un servidor de Autoresponder-Hosting Systems, o dirigir tráfico a una página web que contenga cualquier referencia a Autoresponder-Hosting Systems esta ESTRICTAMENTE prohibido. Autoresponder-Hosting Systems será el único árbitro para decidir que constituye una violación de esta norma. Esta acción RESULTARÁ en una inmediata cancelación de su cuenta sin derecho a reembolso. Cualquier interrupción en el sevicio como resultados de Spam de los suscriptores será facturado a razón de $50 la hora hasta que el servicio sea restablecido. Además el suscriptor estará violando el Acuerdo de Servicio de Autoresponder-Hosting Systems y quedará sujeto a acciones legales."

Autoresponder-Hosting tiene una Política de Tolerancia Cero:
Si una cuenta en Autoresponder-Hosting es reportada como violando estos términos de servicio será inmediatamente cancelada. El cliente no tendrá derecho a reembolso, y no tendrá acceso a ningún dato en la cuenta cancelada.
